私の娘の１人は、学生時代、
とっても早起きが苦手でした。

良く言われる、脳内感動物質とか、
脳内興奮物質とか言われる、
ドーパミンとか、βエンドルフィンが、
脳内に、分泌されています。
ギャンブルをしているときでも、
出ていることが知られていますが、
その後で、何万円も損をしたら、
意味がありませんよね。
やっぱり、前向きに、
楽しいことを考える方が、
いいに決まっています。
今までに見た中で、
一番きれいな情景を思い浮かべる。
